Know FANUC alarm codes

Input `SRVO-063` or `srvo-063`, case insensitive.

SRVO-063 RCAL alarm(Group:%d Axis:%d)
Cause:  The built-in rotation counter on the Pulsecoder is abnormal.
1.  Replace the Pulsecoder.
2.  After replacing, set the system variable $MCR.$SPC_RESET to TRUE, and turn the power off and then on
3.  Master the robot.
Note: If this alarm occurs along with a SRVO-068 DTERR, SRVO-069 CRCERR, or SRVO-070 STBERR, disregard
this alarm and refer to the other three alarm remedies.
